Cucumbers and Gin? Whoa Amanda!!

So most of the time I am blogging about health and wellness, even growing your own food. But I, like you, enjoy letting loose every so often. I actually had this super healthy recipe for cucumbers, but I thought, screw it. Let’s have a drink, no?

Cucumber, gin and sparkling water will really step it up a notch. Muddle (crush up in the bottom of the glass/shaker) a few slices of cucumber into a martini shaker if possible and shake with gin and a little ice, or just in your glass, add sparkling water with a lovely lime wedge and enjoy your new favourite summer drink.
