Water weight makes those few extra pounds just cling on. Making us feel bloated, sluggish and uncomfortable, especially if your jeans are feeling to tight.

This juice is just what you need whether you have a dress you need to fit into, or you are just feeling super bloated. Turnips actually have more vitamin C than oranges and are known for significantly reducing the development of cancer, arthritis, and they improve circulation. Romaine is a cheaper green to juice, and is perfect for feeling bloated because of it’s high water content. 

I know what you’re thinking, dropping water weight by drinking more water? 


This is going to work because your body is doing everything it can to keep you hydrated. When you’re body is hanging onto every drop of water, you probably aren’t drinking enough! Your beautiful body is keeping all the water to make sure it has enough to keep itself running. BUT, when you make sure you are getting enough water, your body can release its excess stores of water…in your muffin top.

2 small white turnips

1″ ginger

2 granny smith apples

1/2 lemon

big handful of romaine lettuce
