Turnips actually have more vitamin C than oranges and are known for significantly reducing the development of cancer, arthritis, and they improve circulation. Romaine is a cheaper green to juice, and is perfect for feeling bloated because of it’s high water content.

This is going to work because your body is doing everything it can to keep you hydrated. When you’re body is hanging onto every drop of water, you probably aren’t drinking enough!
