Overnight Oats

Truth Bomb. I freaking LOVE Angela Liddon. If you haven’t made anything from oh she glows, do it today! A-mazing vegan food, that is full of flavour and doesn’t compromise texture.

I highly recommend her cookbook. (I’m not affiliated, I just legit LOVE it)

Anyway, her overnight oats recipe ROCKED the last group coaching program, Fearless, Sexy and Healthy.

Why?

– make it the night before
-no cooking
-filling breakfast or snack
– pull it out and eat it
-so healthy!

Breakfast is the hardest meal for most of my clients to eat clean, or healthy. Not anymore. Thanks Angela, nailing it once again.
