    • Thank you Amanda, I am so excited! Love what you shared and I have a ? for you. How to be successful with green peppers. Last year they were itty-bitty. Cute but bountiful if you were a mouse. I want to know how to make them look like they came straight out of the land of Canaan. Thanks Jaclynn

      • Hey Jaclynn,
There are a few things that could be going wrong. Peppers are hungry, and they need a nutrient dense soil, they also hate going from soggy to dry soil. As well, if you live in Canada, like me, you have to start them inside almost 2 months before so they have a head start for our short growing season.
They also need lots of sun, and heat. I find that thinning the plants tend to help to get those big peppers too.
Hope that helps, good luck this year!
Another thought actually, make sure you are buying peppers for your climate zone/area – go to a nursery and ask which peppers are going to do the best where you live specifically.
Good Luck, and let me know if you have any other questions 🙂
